Job Summary
The Senior Project Engineer – Electrical oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical engineering projects. The role involves leading design reviews, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with standards, supervising site activities, and supporting successful project completion.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead electrical design reviews, project planning, and technical evaluations.
- Review drawings, specifications, load calculations, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Oversee site installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
- Resolve technical issues and support field teams with timely clarifications.
- Monitor project progress and prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Support procurement by reviewing technical bids, vendor documents, and material specifications.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in electrical project engineering or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, design standards, and safety regulations.
- Experience in site supervision, project coordination, and technical reviews.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
