Senior Project Engineer

Location: New Cairo HQ (with up to 50% site visits, 10th of Ramdan , Abo Rawash , Eldabaa )

Scope: Industrial Development · Civil Engineering · Real Estate Development · Infrastructure Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities in alignment with objectives, schedules, and deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain reports and Power BI dashboards tracking project performance across sales, design, infrastructure, budget, procurement, marketing, and governmental approvals.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders (internal teams, contractors, consultants, authorities).
• Manage documentation of contracts, plans, permits, and correspondence.
• Conduct site visits (approx. 50%) to monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with designs.
• Identify risks, delays, and challenges; propose proactive solutions.
• Support approvals with governmental authorities and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Education: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

Experience: 4–5 years in project coordination/management within infrastructure, industrial development, or real estate projects

Certifications:PMP (preferred, strong advantage)

Languages: Excellent command of English

Technical and soft Skills:

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Power BI (must-have)
• AutoCAD
• High professional presentability and strong presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time management and planning capabilities
• High problem-solving and adaptability
