Job Description
- Supervises on-site construction to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
- Monitors project progress, reports updates, risks, and milestones to management.
- Interprets technical documents (drawings, surveys, plans) to guide execution.
- Coordinates with project managers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Manages resources, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Controls costs and identifies opportunities for savings.
- Conducts site inspections, resolves issues, and mitigates risks.
- Maintains accurate documentation and project records.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 3–7 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, AutoCAD, and MS Office
- Good problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills
