Role Purpose
To lead ELV engineering coordination on assigned Innovo MEP projects, mentoring junior engineers and ensuring ELV deliverables meet specification and regulatory requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead review of ELV shop drawings, submittals, and method statements.
- Provide technical direction on fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and structured cabling systems.
- Lead TRA and Civil Defence approval processes for the ELV scope.
Liaise with authority inspectors to resolve technical queries and secure system approvals.
Mentoring
- Mentor ELV Engineers and Project Engineers on technical matters.
- Review junior engineers authority submissions and provide technical feedback.
Quality & Commissioning
- Oversee ELV installation quality checks and witness testing and commissioning activities.
- Review ELV snagging and ensure timely closure prior to handover.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain ELV technical submittal and authority approval registers for assigned projects.
- Report ELV engineering progress and technical issues to the Electrical Team Leader.
