Senior Project Engineer - Process

Manage the process design within the framework of the budget, time schedule, quality and scope, contributing to the overall sales result and customer satisfaction. Take technical decisions.
Project Centres: Work independently in project and/or pre-project teams within Project Centres (L0-L3+ projects). Can develop into lead L0 and Process part in L1 and smaller L2 projects.
Business Streams: Process responsibility for BPU and Line order projects in all respects i.e. cost, time, quality and scope of obligations.

1. Provide technical support to preprojects with respect to Process Engineering in L0-L2 projects, responsible for technical solutions, design specification and drawings for L0-L2 projects, complex and customized BPUs and lines
2. Pro-actively communicate with other colleagues and/or have technical discussions with customers / suppliers for L0-L2 projects
3. Manage scope changes and propose variation orders
4. Lead and provide support in process engineering to other areas such sales, issue and claim resolution (including root cause analysis L0-L2 projects), PLC/PC, etc.
5. Breakdown and plan the project into phases and fulfill the plan and project milestones in time, in full and according to budget.
6. Drive use of reusable solutions and processes to secure productivity
7. Validate/ review technical solutions for L0-L2 projects
8. Develop and improve processes, templates and tools
9. Act as a mentor / trainer for others
10. Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak.

1. Many years as Engineer (or similar) to develop expertise on Projects / Products knowledge
2. Demonstrate excellent technical skills,very good knowledge in installation needs and customer operations at site.
3. Demonstrate good knowledge of Process technology
4. Excellent knowledge and be part of developing necessary standards, guidelines, tools and methods for Process design.
5. Very Good understanding of product portfolio and its functionality.
