MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting Saudi Arabia's power infrastructure with locally engineered and high-quality electrical products.

We operate advanced manufacturing facilities in Riyadh, producing a wide range of solutions for utility and industrial customers, including:

  • Smart energy meters
  • Circuit breakers (MCB / MCCB / ACB)
  • LV & MV instrument transformers
  • LV & MV switchgear solutions (up to 36 kV)
  • Distribution & power transformers (up to 10 MVA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers and sales teams to gather and clarify technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with procurement for material sourcing and scheduling delivery timelines.
  • Develop and monitor project execution plans to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Track the progress of project activities and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Analyze project performance and proactively identify and resolve issues during execution.
  • Control project changes, communicate impacts, and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Work closely with the Quality Control (QC) team for inspection and testing of panels, resolving technical or quality
  • concerns.
  • Coordinate the dispatch and logistics of finished goods, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Arrange and lead cross-departmental meetings to discuss project-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain effective communication between engineering, production, sales, and logistics teams for smooth project
  • execution.
  • Monitor project costs to ensure adherence to budget and cost-efficiency targets.
  • Ensure all activities comply with safety procedures and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • 37 years of proven experience in project management.
  • Proficient in project planning, scheduling, and execution monitoring.
  • Familiar with electrical panels, QC inspection protocols, and material dispatch coordination.
  • Capable of managing project cost controls and implementing corrective actions.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt), Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills across multiple departments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage internal teams and external clients.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on issue resolution and continuous improvement.
