Senior/ Project Executive Events & Festive Installations

About Our Client

With more than 50 years of industry experience, our client delivers creative projects for shopping malls, festive celebrations, corporate activations and national events-from conceptualisation and fabrication through to installation and dismantling.

This role offers the opportunity to work on visible, public-facing projects and see each concept transformed into an actual mall display, festive installation or event environment.

What You Will Do

. Support the Account Manager in planning and executing assigned projects from conceptualisation through installation and dismantling
. Coordinate with internal teams, service providers and consultants to meet project schedules
. Plan materials, manpower, delivery and installation arrangements
. Supervise project and site teams to ensure timely completion and quality finishing
. Attend project meetings, site surveys and installations when required
. Read and interpret technical drawings for production and installation coordination
. Resolve production and site issues promptly
. Support multiple projects during peak festive periods

Who We Are Looking For

. Diploma in Project Management, Events, Design, Engineering, Building or a related discipline
. At least 2 years of relevant project experience
. Background in events, exhibitions, mall decorations, festive installations, signage, visual merchandising, advertising production, fabrication or interior fit-out
. Able to read and interpret technical drawings
. Comfortable coordinating both office-based planning and on-site activities
. Meticulous, organised and able to work within tight project timelines
. Good written communication and computer skills
. Candidates with stronger experience managing larger-scale or multiple projects may be considered for the Senior Project Executive position
