Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Projects Manager to lead multiple large-scale projects for a well-established Oil & Gas / EPC contracting organization.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

• Minimum 20+ years of relevant project management experience.

• Strong background in Oil & Gas, EPC and/or major construction projects.

• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong leadership experience managing Project Managers, Engineers and multidisciplinary project teams.

• Expertise in project planning, execution, budgeting, cost control, risk management and stakeholder coordination.

• Strong client-facing skills with a proven track record of project delivery.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate will be a senior Civil/Projects professional with extensive Oil & Gas or EPC project exposure, strong commercial and operational understanding, and the ability to lead several project teams concurrently. Candidates should be confident in client-facing environments and experienced in managing project performance from planning through completion.
