Job Description:AERTEC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Airfield Projects.
The selected candidate will manage a multidisciplinary technical team and ensure that all design, coordination, and delivery activities meet the highest international standards for safety, quality, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all survey, design, and technical management activities across civil, AGL, fuel hydrant, drainage, utilities, electrical, and ICT disciplines.
- Ensure project delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
- Conduct design progress meetings, stakeholder workshops, and Value Engineering sessions.
- Manage project reporting, risk registers, and phasing plans.
- Oversee compliance with ICAO Annex 14, GCAA CAR Part IX, FAA ACs, UAE regulations, etc
Act as the primary point of contact between AERTEC, client, and stakeholders
Job Requirement:- Civil Engineering preferred.
- 12+ years of professional experience, including 8+ years in airside or airport infrastructure projects.
- PMP certification.
- Strong technical and managerial leadership skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Arabic language skills will be considered an advantage.
- Proven experience in team management, project planning, and stakeholder coordination.
- Prior experience in the Middle East is highly desirable.
