Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

We arelooking for a seasoned professional to drive the delivery of various technologyinitiatives within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role involvesworking across multiple teams to ensure alignment between business needs andtechnical solutions, while supporting the overall execution of key projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery lifecycle of initiativesfrom planning through execution and follow-up.
• Partner with cross-functional teams tosupport implementation efforts and ensure smooth coordination.
• Contribute to planning activities, trackprogress, and provide updates as needed.
• Maintain relevant documentation and ensurealignment with internal standards and practices.
• Identify potential challenges and supportissue resolution in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders andassist in managing expectations.

Key Qualifications

• Relevant experience in project delivery, businessanalysis, or similar roles within a financial and technology environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability totranslate ideas into actionable outputs.
• General understanding of business processes andworkflows within a complex organization.
• Comfortable working with stakeholders, facilitatingdiscussions, and supporting delivery activities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skillsacross different levels of the organization.
• Proactive and organized, with the ability to managemultiple priorities.
• Familiarity with common tools and methodologies used for project tracking and collaboration.
