Senior Project Manager

A leading main contractor with a strong pipeline of mission-critical projects across Southeast Asia is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale Data Centre developments in Singapore.

This is a key hire for the business as they continue to expand their footprint in the hyperscale and colocation Data Centre sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Centre construction projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure programme, quality, and safety targets are met
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee project planning, cost control, procurement, and site execution
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering Data Centre or mission-critical projects (essential)
• Background working with reputable main contractors
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to manage fast-paced, technically complex projects
• International project experience is welcome; Singapore experience is advantageous but not essential
