We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise CRM and ERP projects. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of project management experience, strong expertise in business applications, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive projects from initiation to successful completion. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of CRM and ERP implementation and enhancement projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and project plans.
- Facilitate project meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project governance, quality standards, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of Project Management experience.
- Proven experience managing Business Applications projects, including CRM and ERP solutions.
- Microsoft Dynamics experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- People with Arabic speaking skills are encouraged to apply
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other Project Management certification is an advantage.
