Senior Project Manager – Technical Programmes (Cloud Experience)Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Abu Dhabi-based technology company for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple concurrent technical programmes.
This is a high-impact role responsible for delivering complex IT and infrastructure initiatives across cloud, network, DevOps, service management, and workplace technologies. You will provide structured governance, stakeholder coordination, and executive reporting in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track multiple technical projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, risk registers, and dependency maps
- Chair governance, steering, and milestone meetings
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors
- Provide clear executive-level status reporting and dashboards
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation
- Support change management and communications for technical initiatives
Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in technical project or programme management
- Proven track record managing cloud and infrastructure programmes
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments (cloud, network, DevOps)
- Experience working in multi-vendor environments with formal governance frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving setting
Preferred:
- Background in infrastructure or managed services
- Familiarity with ITIL or structured service management practices
- Experience in large-scale transformation programmes
