Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception to completion and handover.
- Manage project scope, programme, budget, quality, resources, and overall delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks/delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead project meetings and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Review technical submissions, drawings, method statements, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- 13 to 15 years of relevant experience, with strong exposure to fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Proven experience managing projects from inception through completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction, MEP coordination, project controls, and contract administration.
- UAE experience is required, preferably with Abu Dhabi project experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, MRICS, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Currently based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
