key Responsibilities- Lead and manage construction projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation plans.
- Oversee contract administration, variation orders, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven experience managing residential and commercial construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
- Experience using ERP systems (Odoo is an advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent planning software.
- Strong command of English. Arabic is an advantage.
