We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of delivery for two major digital builds in our Digital Experience team: a national foundation's website and app experience, and a large-scale platform website launch. This is a 6-month freelance contract, based onsite in Dubai, with the option to extend.

This is a delivery role, not a coordination role. You own the project heartbeat end to end: planning, technical coordination, risk management, budgets, and quality. You're the single source of truth for engineering teams, product partners, and client stakeholders, freeing up Directors to focus on strategy and the client relationship.

What You'll Do

• Own and drive delivery of complex websites, mobile apps, and platform-based digital products, keeping them on time, in scope, and on budget

• Translate business and product requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories, and backlog items

• Lead coordination across cross-functional teams including UX/UI, engineering, content, SEO, data, and QA

• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, delivery, and resourcing risks throughout the project lifecycle

• Manage project budgets, burn rates, and resourcing plans, keeping delivery commercially sound

• Act as the primary point of contact for technical delivery, both internally and with clients

What We're Looking For

• Based in Dubai, available onsite full time for the length of the 6-month contract

• 10+ years delivering complex websites, mobile applications, and platform-based digital products in agency or product-led environments, including experience leading and mentoring junior PMs

• A track record of managing end-to-end technical delivery across multi-disciplinary workstreams, from discovery through launch and post-launch optimisation

• Strong command of Agile and Scrum, adapted to agency and client delivery models

• Advanced, hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and similar delivery and documentation tools

• Excellent documentation discipline: technical scopes, user stories, acceptance criteria, RAID logs, delivery plans, budgets, and release timelines

• MENA/GCC agency delivery experience preferred; open to strong remote-background talent with the right delivery pedigree

• Projects land on time, within scope, and on budget, backed by a clear paper trail of RAID logs, plans, and status reports

• Clients and internal teams treat you as the single source of truth on delivery status and risk

• Directors are freed up to focus on strategic oversight and long-term relationship growth because delivery is fully owned
