Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives within healthcare and insurance ecosystems
Join a high-impact program and play a key role in delivering major healthcare technology initiatives, managing complex integrations, multi-vendor environments, and enterprise-scale digital platforms across web, mobile, and backend systems.
Role Overview
Lead a major digital healthcare transformation initiative focused on healthcare insurance technology and platform modernization.
Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs, including integrations with healthcare insurance platforms, backend systems, vendors, and third-party stakeholders.
Work closely with PMO leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery from project initiation through deployment and closure.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of Project Management experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering healthcare insurance technology programs
- Proven experience managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Strong experience delivering web portals, mobile applications, and backend system integrations
- Experience managing multi-vendor and third-party implementation environments
- Strong understanding of project governance, program controls, and enterprise delivery frameworks
- Experience managing end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, health information exchange, and digital healthcare ecosystems
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of large-scale healthcare transformation projects and strategic initiatives
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, resources, quality, risks, and stakeholder engagement
- Establish and enforce project governance frameworks and delivery standards
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, Statements of Work (SOWs), and project charters
- Coordinate vendors, partners, suppliers, and internal delivery teams to ensure project success
- Manage web portal, mobile application, and backend platform implementations
- Oversee system integrations, testing activities, UAT, deployment, and go-live readiness
- Manage project dependencies and interdependencies across internal and external stakeholders
- Lead risk, issue, and change management processes throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project performance against agreed baselines and delivery milestones
- Prepare executive-level project reports and provide regular status updates to senior leadership
- Ensure communication plans are executed effectively across all stakeholder groups
- Escalate critical issues and project risks when necessary to maintain delivery objectives
- Drive successful project outcomes aligned with strategic and business objectives
