Senior Project Manager

EKelenza Contracting is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Egypt.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects from pre-construction through final handover.

Coordinate between clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and overall project performance.

Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure efficient project delivery.

Prepare progress reports, conduct regular project meetings, and drive timely decision-making.

Ensure successful execution while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and finishing quality.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction and fit-out projects.

Strong hands-on experience in interior fit-out and high-end finishing works.

Proven track record in hospitality, hotels, serviced apartments, luxury residential, or premium commercial projects is highly preferred.

Excellent understanding of construction detailing, finishing materials, quality control, and site management.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 andor MS Project.
