We are seeking an exceptional
Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of leading large-scale, high-value digital transformation programs across government and enterprise sectors. The ideal candidate should have a consulting background (Big 4 or equivalent), outstanding leadership capabilities, and extensive experience managing complex, multi-vendor environments.
This role requires a strategic leader who can drive initiatives from inception to successful delivery while maintaining the highest standards of governance, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs and strategic initiatives
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality, and timeline
- Establish and maintain:
- Program governance
- Executive reporting frameworks
- Risk registers
- RAID logs
- Executive dashboards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for:
- Executive stakeholders
- Steering committees
- C-level executives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Government entities
- Enterprise clients
- Strategic partners
- Internal leadership teams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including:
- UX
- CX
- Product Management
- Technology
- Data

- PMO
- External vendors
- Identify program risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans while proactively resolving delivery challenges
- Manage:
- Project planning
- Resource allocation
- Budgeting
- Forecasting
- Financial performance
- Ensure compliance with governance standards, quality assurance, and delivery methodologies
- Facilitate:
- Executive workshops
- Strategic planning sessions
- Decision-making meetings
- Mentor project managers and delivery teams
- Continuously improve PMO practices, delivery frameworks, and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience
- At least 5 years leading enterprise-scale or government digital transformation programs
- Previous experience with a Big 4 consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or an equivalent international consulting organization (highly preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in:
- Business

- Related field
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) (preferred)
- PMP Certification (Mandatory)
