Job Description

Guru Hits looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (10+ years of experience) to lead ERP consulting projects and oversee service delivery operations across multiple clients and engagements.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, service management processes, and ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with SLAs and customer expectations.

  • 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting projects ( Preferably Oracle)
  • Strong background in service management and ITIL processes
  • Proven experience in managing ticketing systems and support operations
  • Experience in defining and managing SLAs and KPIs
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in managing cross-functional ERP teams (functional & technical)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end ERP implementation and support projects across multiple clients
  • Oversee service management operations, including incident, request, and change management processes
  • Manage and monitor ticketing systems, ensuring proper assignment, tracking, and resolution within agreed timelines
  • Define, implement, and monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate between functional, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Act as the primary escalation point for critical issues and client concerns
  • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and service dashboards
  • Ensure proper resource allocation and utilization across projects and support activities
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery processes and operational efficiency
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring alignment on expectations and deliverables
