Senior Project Manager (Events)

Fox Talent are partnered with a luxury experiential agency who need a commercial leader to join as Senior Project Manager to lead teams and clients confidently.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from initial brief through to proposal, budget and fantastic delivery

Manage full-scale conferences, galas, brand activations & luxury experiences

Own budgets, timelines, supplier relationships & on-site execution

Serve as the primary client contact on allocated projects

Lead and coordinate internal project teams

Candidate requirements

5+ years in events & experiential (UAE experience preferred)

Proven track record on mid-to-large scale corporate conferences & galas

Strong budgeting, commercial awareness & proposal-building skills

Calm under pressure. Solutions-first mindset.

Solid UAE supplier network is a big plus
