We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager in Dubai and KSA (full-time or freelance) someone who can turn creative concepts into world-class exhibition experiences. A leader who can manage medium to large-scale stand builds from planning to execution, ensuring every project is delivered with precision, impact, and premium quality.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage medium to large-scale exhibition stand projects from concept to completion

Collaborate with clients, sales, creative, QS, production, and on-site teams

Ensure all builds align with client objectives, timelines, budgets, and brand standards

Drive planning, coordination, and execution to achieve exceptional project results

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture (an advantage)

Minimum 8 years of experience managing medium to large-scale exhibition stand projects

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
