This on-site position is based in the United Arab Emirates and is for a Senior Project Manager in the Fit-Out industry, particularly focused on F&B and retail projects. Responsibilities include managing and overseeing all aspects of fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role demands coordination with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution, with a particular focus on expediting processes and managing logistics. Periodic inspections will also be essential to oversee compliance with project specifications and address any arising challenges.

• Extensive experience in Project Management within the Fit-Out industry, particularly in F&B and retail sectors.
• Proficient in Expediting and Expeditor processes to streamline project schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Strong expertise in Inspection and quality control to maintain high standards and compliance with project requirements.
• Skills in Logistics Management to oversee the efficient flow of materials, equipment, and resources across all project phases.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards relevant to the UAE construction and fit-out market.
• A degree in engineering, project management, or a related field is preferred, along with certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 being advantageous.
