We are looking for a Senior Project Manager Energy Efficiency to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex EPC, ESPC, and Cooling as a Service (CaaS) projects across the Kingdom.
The role will be responsible for managing projects from award to commissioning and handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with guaranteed savings, HSE, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of EPC & Energy Performance Contracting projects
- Manage budgets, schedules, risks, variations, and change control
- Oversee HVAC, controls, lighting, BMS, and retrofit installations
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, procurement, commissioning, M&V)
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and performance guarantees
- Act as the primary interface with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- 812+ years experience in ESCO / Energy Efficiency / EPC projects
- Strong background in HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, VRF, Package Units)
- Experience with Energy Performance Contracts & guaranteed savings projects
- Solid understanding of IPMVP & M&V methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- PMP / PRINCE2 preferred
- Middle East experience, preferably KSA
