JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Hotels to lead and oversee hotel project execution and delivery projects from inception through completion. This role requires a proactive leader with expertise in managing complex hotel projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with architects, contractors, stakeholders, and hotel operators to deliver exceptional hospitality environments that meet client objectives and market demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of hotel projects including planning, design coordination, construction, commissioning, and handover
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans for hotel-specific projects
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as hotel operators, consultants, and vendors ensuring alignment with project goals
- Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with hotel brand standards, local regulations, safety guidelines, and sustainability criteria
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to minimize impact on timelines and costs
- Lead regular project status meetings and provide timely progress reports to senior management and clients
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for hotel project delivery processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of project management experience with at least 5 years managing hotel development or renovation projects
- Proven track record of successful hotel project delivery on time and within budget
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred
- Strong knowledge of hotel design standards, construction methods, and operational requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and risk management abilities
- Understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices relevant to hotel projects
