Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager – Training Projects is responsible for leading and overseeing end-to-end training projects, ensuring successful execution across instructor-led trainings, learning journeys, workshops, and digital learning initiatives. The role focuses on stakeholder management, client communication, project execution, SLA adherence, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality training deliverables in alignment with client expectations and company standards.
The Senior Project Manager plays a key role in managing clients throughout the execution phase, driving project governance, and ensuring operational excellence across all assigned training projects.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Education, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2-3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within training, learning & development, consulting, or education sectors.
• Experience managing corporate training projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of training operations, learning journeys, and project lifecycle management.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
