Senior Project Manager to be part of a senior member of the supervision services team. He will work closely with his line manager for the management of supervision projects, including site team management.
Responsibilities
- Excellent knowledge of construction supervision services
- Understanding of international engineering standards and codes
- Solid knowledge of contracts type
- Strong project management skills
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to attend to multiple projects at the same time.
- Good understanding of Request for Proposal (RFP)
- Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English
- Knowledge in planning and scheduling (Primavera, etc)
- Good command in Excel, Power point etc.
- 15+ years of experience in the Construction Industry (Building) in a top tier regional / multinational consultancy firm, with demonstrated deep expertise in a construction supervision role
- Demonstrated experience with developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Exposure to all construction supervision aspects, including client management, contractor management, supplier management, contract administration, quality management, dispute management etc.
- Industry experience within the Gulf and KSA
- Has delivered at least two large size Building projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering ( Architect or Civil)
- Master's Degree in Construction Management Engineering is preferred
- PMP Certification
- Chartered Professional Engineering certification or equivalent is preferred
