The project:
Mace is supporting the delivery of a large‑scale, next‑generation digital infrastructure programme in the region, working alongside a leading developer in the data centre sector. The project brings together complex design coordination, fast‑paced delivery and rigorous governance to meet the demands of a mission‑critical environment. Our team is applying global best practice in programme, project and commercial management to help shape resilient, future‑ready infrastructure at scale.
You'll be responsible for:
Manages projects from early design to handover, ensuring alignment with scope, budget and programme objectives.
Coordinates consultants, contractors and stakeholders to deliver integrated, high‑quality outcomes.
Monitors cost, schedule and risk, maintaining accurate reporting, forecasting and change control.
Supports procurement, tendering, contract administration and governance processes.
Builds strong relationships across internal teams, consultants, contractors and authorities.
Ensures compliance with health, safety, quality and project governance requirements.
Leads audits, assurance reviews, lessons learned and continuous improvement activities.
Represents Mace professionally, providing clear updates to senior stakeholders and promoting collaborative, values‑led delivery.
You'll need to have:
Degree qualified with preferred professional accreditation (PMP, MRICS, MAPM).
Proven Senior Project Manager with strong design, procurement, construction and handover expertise.
Experienced in client side/PMC environments and embedded roles.
Skilled stakeholder manager across complex interfaces.
