Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager - MEP for an on-site, full-time role in Riyadh. The Senior Project Manager will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, supervising contractors and teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and conducting inspections to guarantee the highest quality of work. Additionally, the role will involve ensuring proper logistics management and overseeing expediting processes to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management and experience overseeing complex MEP projects.
• Knowledge of Expediting and Expeditor processes to ensure timely project execution.
• Strong experience in Inspection to maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Skills in Logistics Management, including efficient planning and execution.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Familiarity with international accreditation standards like SFDA, CBAHI, WHO, or similar is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleanroom design, construction, and operational standards, including GMP and ISO 14644.
