About the Job:
The Senior Project Manager – Fieldwork Operations is responsible for leading and overseeing the execution of market research fieldwork projects from planning to completion. This role ensures that field activities are conducted efficiently, on schedule, and in line with the highest quality standards. Working closely with project directors, vendors, and internal teams, the Senior Project Manager coordinates field resources, monitors data collection processes, and ensures accurate and reliable data delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong operational leadership with deep knowledge of research methodologies and field management practices to successfully manage complex, multi-region projects while maintaining strict quality control and operational excellence.
