Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Manager Power Plant, based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.

The Senior Project Manager will lead the execution of a utility-owned / IPP-style mega power plant project, overseeing all aspects of Operations & Maintenance strategy, cost control, scheduling, contractual performance, and stakeholder coordination.

The role requires managing complex project environments and ensuring operational readiness aligned with international power plant standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in utility-scale power generation projects.
• Proven leadership in Operations & Maintenance execution.
• Strong experience in managing project cost, schedule, and contracts.
• Experience working with stakeholders in large infrastructure projects.
• Prior experience in Saudi power projects is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Relevant engineering degree; PMP certification is an advantage.

General Requirements

• Transferable Iqama.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
• Good command of English.
