Job Summary:
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading medium to large-scale construction and fit-out projects, ensuring successful delivery in alignment with Cushman & Wakefield Core's quality, safety, and client standards. The role demands a proactive leader capable of managing contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders efficiently.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Manage the full project lifecycle: initiation, design coordination, tendering, construction, and handover.
- Coordinate between clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, cash flows, and progress reports.
- Lead project meetings, issue minutes, and track key milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure all work adheres to statutory regulations, health & safety policies, and sustainability standards.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide mentorship and support to Project Managers and Assistants within the team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 710 years of experience in project management within consultancy, developer, or construction environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects independently.
- PMP or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly to various audiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate market dynamics and trends is a plus.
