Role: Senior Project Manager, Retail Tech

Location: Remote

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager with deep retail technology experience

to lead delivery of digital and operational initiatives for Joveo's retail

sector clients and partners. You will manage cross-functional teams,

executive stakeholders, and technical delivery cycles in one of the most

dynamic verticals in global hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of retail technology projects on scope, schedule, and quality

- Manage stakeholder relationships across technical teams, operations, and client-side contacts

- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocations, and delivery timelines

- Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and escalation protocols

- Coordinate with engineering, product, and integration teams on deliverables

- Produce executive-level reporting on project status, KPIs, and milestone progress

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience managing technology projects within retail or e-commerce environments

- Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)

- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage
