Senior Project Manager

I am looking to connect with Senior Project Managersoperating across Saudi Arabia's real estate and construction market.

Particularly interested in those candidates with a strong track record delivering major building and real estate developments from pre-construction through to delivery and handover.

You will be responsible for the overall management and successful delivery of complex projects, coordinating internal teams, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.

• Leading projects through design, procurement, construction and handover
• Managing consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams
• Driving programme, cost, quality and delivery objectives
• Managing key client and stakeholder relationships
• Monitoring project progress, risk and commercial performance
• Overseeing procurement and contractor performance
• Chairing project and progress meetings
• Identifying and resolving project delivery issues
• Ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with programme and quality expectations
• Providing clear reporting to senior management and project stakeholders

I am interested in speaking with Senior Project Managers who can demonstrate:

• Strong experience withinSaudi Arabia
• Proven delivery of major building or real estate projects
• Experience working for a recognised Developer, Development Company, PMC, Consultancy or Main Contractor
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing consultants and contractors
• Good commercial and contractual understanding
• Strong communication and client-facing capabilities
• Degree qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline

Experience of delivering projects within the following sectors would be particularly relevant:

• Mixed-Use
• Residential
• Hospitality
• High-Rise
• Commercial
• Masterplanned Developments
• Large-Scale Real Estate Developments
