Manage and lead all aspects of assigned small to medium-sized projects to ensure delivery in line with Takamol and its affiliates standards, timelines, budgets, and project objectives.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects including software development, system implementation, integration initiatives, and digital transformation programs.
Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and technical requirements.
Apply project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall depending on project needs.
Oversee project operations including resource planning, project controls, quality assurance, and contractual requirements to ensure efficient and compliant project execution.
Manage and coordinate project mobilization activities and lead the development of key project documentation including the Project Initiation Document (PID), project scope, deliverables, project plans, and resource plans.
Monitor project progress and performance to ensure timely delivery within the approved scope and budget.
Identify project risks, challenges, and operational obstacles, implement corrective actions, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure successful project implementation.
Manage and review the design and implementation of project control mechanisms and quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to Takamol/Affiliates standards and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with project sponsors, stakeholders, and internal teams, and support the development of communication plans to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and information flow.
Capture lessons learned from ongoing and completed projects and translate insights into improvement recommendations to support better project planning and execution in future initiatives.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct manager or senior management.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, information systems, information technology , Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in structured organizational environments or large-scale projects.
Professional Certification
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
