Responsibilities
• Own the delivery of CXM platform implementation projects from initiation to closure
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and allocation of resources
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that there is clear communication and management of expectations
• Coordinate with teams, including consultants, developers, and QA, to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Identify risks to the project and implement mitigation strategies proactively
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide reporting to relevant stakeholders
• Ensure all deliverables meet client requirements and are aligned with strategic objectives
• Plan and support change management and adoption initiatives during and post-implementation
• Facilitate post-project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery practices
Relevant skill and qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus
• 4–6 years of experience in project management, preferably in SaaS or consulting environments
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Experience managing enterprise-level implementations and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with CXM platforms and digital transformation projects
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
