About Our Client

Our client is a well-established family group based in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. They are currently going through an enterprise-wide transformation, and the Senior Project Manager - Transformation will be instrumental in achieving business objectives.

Job Description

The Senior Project Manager - Transformation will:

  • Enable business transformation agendas by partnering with senior leaders to deliver impactful departmental initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, driving cross-functional alignment and execution excellence
  • Establish best-in-class PMO governance, ensuring disciplined delivery and consistent program oversight
  • Lead performance tracking and reporting across projects and initiatives , converting data into meaningful insights for executive decision-making
  • Drive structured governance through high-impact forums that foster accountability and accelerate outcomes
  • Anticipate and navigate risks and delivery challenges, maintaining momentum across complex initiatives
  • Provide clear, timely escalation and resolution pathways, safeguarding program delivery and business value
  • Champion continuous improvement, driving innovation and PMO maturity

The Successful Applicant

The Senior Project Manager - Transformation must be/have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
  • PMP certification is highly preferred
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in project management/PMO
  • Previously worked in large, complex organisations
  • Expert in PMO governance, planning, tracking, and executive reporting
  • Strong capability in project planning and scheduling, translating strategy into roadmaps, milestones, and actionable plans
  • Skilled in executive reporting and dashboarding
  • Highly proactive, demonstrating initiative and forward-thinking problem anticipation
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and negotiation, balancing competing priorities and stakeholder interests
  • Confident and impactful presenter, capable of delivering clear, concise narratives to senior leadership
  • Excellent collaborator and communicator - able to influence, align, and engage stakeholders across all organisational levels
  • Based in/willing to relocate to the Eastern Province in Saudi Arabia (Dammam/Khobar)

What's on Offer

This is an opportunity to lead critical transformation projects within a leading Saudi family group.

The salary for this role will be around SAR 25,000 per month plus family benefits.
