Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager - Oil & Gas is responsible for end-to-end project delivery of oil and gas infrastructure and facilities projects from conceptual design through commissioning and handover. This role provides overall project leadership and strategic direction ensuring alignment with business objectives, cost targets, and schedule milestones. The position requires seasoned project management expertise in oil and gas development and operations, deep understanding of capital project delivery models, proven ability to manage complex multidisciplinary teams and contractors, and commitment to delivering safe, compliant projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
Responsibilitie
- sLead all phases of oil and gas project execution from conceptual design through commissioning and handover
- .Manage crude oil processing facilities, pipeline infrastructure, and facility development projects
- .Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource plans, milestones, and project costs
- .Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimations, value engineering, and technical and financial evaluations
- .Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including process, mechanical, electrical, civil, and construction teams
- .Manage engineering, procurement, construction contractors, suppliers, vendors, contract negotiations, and contractor performance
- .Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, operational, and regulatory requirements
- .Oversee FEED, detailed engineering, design reviews, technical specifications, and design documentation
- .Conduct gate reviews, QA/QC inspections, testing, commissioning, and quality control activities
- .Provide regular project status updates to senior management and external stakeholders
- .Manage project closeout, final inspections, punch lists, as-built documentation, handover, and lessons learned

- tsBachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related disciplin

- s.Strong knowledge of oil and gas operations, crude oil processing, pipeline infrastructure, petroleum refining, and downstream operation
- s.Strong knowledge of project controls, planning, scheduling, budget control, and capital project managemen
