About the role:
We are hiring a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver a digital platform project end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing website/app development projects, preferably in government or enterprise environments, and must be comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders, teams, and deliverables.
Experience in Arabic government projects, RTL websites, and bilingual (Arabic/English) digital platforms will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own complete project delivery from planning to closure: scope, timelines, milestones, and quality.
- Manage stakeholders, gather requirements, and maintain clear alignment across internal teams and clients.
- Build and manage project plans, sprint plans, deliverable schedules, and progress reporting.
- Coordinate between UI/UX designers, developers, QA, content teams, and client stakeholders.
- Lead daily/weekly standups, sprint ceremonies, and client status calls.
- Track risks, dependencies, blockers, and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure proper documentation: scope, BRD/PRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, change requests.
- Manage change requests professionally (impact analysis, approvals, timeline revision).
- Ensure project meets government/enterprise quality standards, including accessibility and compliance requirements (where applicable).
- Conduct implementation monitoring and QA coordination to ensure deliverables match approved designs and requirements.
Skills Required:
- 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering digital projects (web/app platforms).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, UI/UX process, and website/app development workflows.
- Solid command over Agile/Scrum methodologies (or hybrid project delivery).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (client-facing).
- Strong reporting skills: status updates, timelines, effort tracking, resource planning.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams with structured delivery.
Preferred:
- Experience delivering government projects, public sector platforms, or regulated environments.
- Exposure to Arabic websites / RTL platforms or bilingual portals (English + Arabic).
- Arabic language knowledge (spoken/written) is a major plus.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and enterprise website compliance workflows.
- Experience coordinating large content migration / multi-page portals.
