Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the delivery of large-scale Villa

(2000+) / Residential Units and related civil - construction work, ensuring compliance with project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety requirements.

The role requires strong expertise in Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Contracts Management, construction supervision, Authority Liaisoning and project execution, ensuring compliance with international standards and relevant codes.

Location : Al Ain and Abu Dhabi , UAE

Work Duration : 32 Months

Educational Qualification:

  • Degree: Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology in related Degree (Preferably in Civil / / Architecture / Construction Management)., or similar relevant qualification, from Reputed University / Western reputed University etc.
  • Minimum 18 - 20 + years of overall Project and Portfolio Management, Contracts , Stakeholder Management, Client Coordination, construction supervision and execution, with at-least 15+ Years with reputed Engineering Consultants in Abu Dhabi.
  • Exp in Residential Units/ Large scale - atleast 500+ Villa's : Project Management, Design Review, and Construction Supervision projects.

Job Essentials :

  • Lead and manage large-scale Villa /Residential units construction projects.
  • Coordinate with Client, Contractor, Design Consultants, and Authorities for smooth execution.
  • Ensure compliance with Codes/ standards, project specifications, and local regulations.
  • Monitor project planning and schedule updates using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
  • Conduct progress meetings follow-ups, and Manage project risks, delays, and propose mitigation / recovery plans.
  • Support contract administration including variations, claims, and change management (FIDIC preferred).
  • Ensure quality inspections, testing, and commissioning activities are completed successfully with assistance from Site Team.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for client and internal management.
  • Maintain full awareness of contracts financial status.
  • Manage the Project team and coordinate and facilitate meetings producing reporting metrics to monitor progress and overcome blockages and barriers.
  • Coordinate all the contractual issues, variations, change orders etc. with the Contracts Manager.
  • Regular visits to Project site, as an when required for global monitoring of site activities in respect of Quality, Safety and Progress and advise Management of findings, area of concern and corrective action.
  • Coordinate with design team and site team to align with client expectations, and resolve design challenges, to enhance construction efficiency and achieve cost savings
  • Ensuring the effective functioning of diverse, large/complex and/or multidisciplinary teams by using appropriate interpersonal styles to promote team cohesion and collaboration.
