Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple projects from

initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, budgets, teams, suppliers, and

client expectations while ensuring high quality and on-time delivery across printing, production,

gifting, and event-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects end-to-end, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget control

• Coordinate internal teams (design, production, sales, operations)

• Manage suppliers, vendors, and production partners

• Oversee project schedules, approvals, and deliverables

• Ensure quality control and compliance with client requirements

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders

• Identify risks and proactively resolve issues

• Prepare project reports and track progress against milestones

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager (Senior level preferred)

• Proven experience in printing, production, gifting, events, or related industries

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Experience working with budgets, timelines, and procurement

• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or similar certification

• Experience working with government or large corporate clients

• Knowledge of digital / UV printing and production workflows
