Program Oversight & Strategic Coordination: Lead end-to-end program planning across all Anchor workstreams, ensuring alignment of milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation; act as the primary escalation point for cross-functional issues and senior stakeholder management.
Regulatory & Governance Leadership: Own the regulatory engagement framework, oversee submission timelines, and chair governance forums (SteerCo, Working Groups), ensuring all decisions are documented, tracked, and actioned in line with policy and compliance requirements.
BAU Continuity & Risk Management: Drive operational resilience by embedding BAU controls within program delivery, proactively identifying risks, issues, and interdependencies, and maintaining program-level RAID logs with timely remediation plans.
Requirements
At least 10+ years of experience in Project Management/Business Analyst
Experience with banking M&A transaction experience in his previous roles
Candidate should have prior experience of engaging with C-suite leaders
Strong experience in Project Management, Stakeholder engagement, Leadership engagement
Strong understanding of banking governance and regulatory exposures
Open to take occasional night work calls with oversea counterparts
