KBR is looking for Senior Project TimeKeeper to be based in Abu Dhabi - UAE for UAE projects
Experience Required
To follow up with Individual timesheet of all project employees and ensure to record in the system before month close.
- Consolidate the Induvial time sheet and get it approved from stake holder.
- To maintain the leave tracker of all project employees and ensure reconciling with system on a monthly basis.
- Reconciliation of approved timesheet with system booked hours and make necessary corrections.
- To track the mobilization / demobilization of employees and update the necessary report.
- Handling PAAF / MMR documents of the projects.
- To support Finance to for Invoice process and payment follow up.
- To be readily available for taking additional roles whenever required by the team.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree Mandatory.
