Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager at Tiger Group in Dubai. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with clients and brokers.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve revenue targets.
  • Driving growth through strategic partnerships and a strong presence in the real estate market.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate or related industries, with a strong network of brokers and a track record of high sales achievements.
  • Strong relationship management, sales, and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
