This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Senior Growth Consultant. The Senior Growth Consultant will focus on developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, including lead generation, event planning, and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include managing sales activities, cultivating client relationships, and leveraging CRM tools to optimize customer engagement. The position involves collaboration across teams to achieve company objectives, and delivering results in alignment with organizational goals.

• Proven experience in Lead Generation and Sales
• Strong skills in Event Planning and Marketing
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for business growth
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
