Main Role:

- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultations.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and handover processes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales or property consultancy.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market.
- Client-focused with a strong sales mindset.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
