Job Title: Senior Property Consultant

Main Role:

seeking a Senior Property Consultant to drive property sales and advisory activities across its real estate portfolio.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant responsible for handling client inquiries, presenting properties, and closing sales deals in line with company targets and sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients interested in residential and commercial properties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
  • Present and promote property units based on client needs and preferences.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultations.
  • Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and handover processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales or property consultancy.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of the real estate market.
  • Client-focused with a strong sales mindset.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
