Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant located in Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include providing expert advice on real estate market trends, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure their satisfaction. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Consulting and Real Estate knowledge, including awareness of market trends and strategies
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and long-term client relationships
- Proven Sales capabilities, including the ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively
- Experience in the real estate industry, with a solid understanding of property management processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and other real estate management tools is a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable
