Connect Homes is looking for an ambitious and driven Senior Property Consultant to lead and grow a team of high-performing real estate consultants. If you have strong leadership skills, a solid background in real estate, and a passion for achieving sales targets we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations, including client meetings, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training when needed.
- Set weekly/monthly goals and track KPIs.
- Ensure excellent customer service and strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in real estate sales is a Must
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market (especially in [insert area, if relevant]).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead a target-driven team.
- Presentable, goal-oriented, and proactive.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
