Qualifications

1. Strong consulting skills to understand client needs, provide expert advice, and recommend suitable property solutions.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
3. Proven sales experience with a track record of generating leads, closing transactions, and achieving performance targets.
4. Outstanding customer service skills and a client-first approach.
5. Solid knowledge of Dubai's residential, commercial, and off-plan real estate markets.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple clients and transactions.
7. Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools used for property listings, reporting, and communication.
8. Previous experience as a Property Consultant or similar real estate role in Dubai is highly preferred.
9. RERA certification or eligibility to obtain one is an advantage.
10. A valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred.
