What You'll Do:

• Manage and convert qualified leads from inquiry to successful closing.
• Conduct property presentations, viewings, and high-level negotiations.
• Match clients with premium inventory from major UAE developers (ALDAR, EMAAR, DAMAC, etc.).
• Maintain accurate CRM records to track your sales progress.
• Visit our Abu Dhabi headquarters once a week for team alignment and high-level strategy.
• Work a structured 5-day work week, maximizing your time in the field.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in real estate.
• Skills: A highly self-driven, target-oriented closer with strong negotiation skills.
• Language: Fluent in English (Speaking a European language is a massive advantage).
